Sin

As President Calvin Coolidge returned from church one Sunday his wife asked him what the Pastor’s sermon was about. “Sin,” was his one word reply.  Wanting a more detailed explanation, the first lady pressed further. True to his nick name, Silent Cal answered in as few words as possible, “I think he was against it.”  God is against sin.  First because He is Holy, but also because He hates what sin does to people.  Remember God hates sin, but He loves sinner.  And He will wash your sins away.
